For the 1st question ...diagram is not very clear to me ...
I dont think they have mentioned its a rt angled triangle ..I mean it could just be a sign of an angle, which cannot be concluded from the figure, its a lilltle blur ...
If indeed, its a rt angle, then Ans is B, since radius is 6/root2 ...
However , if its not a rt angle, then radius of circle could be less than or greater than 6 ...Hence nothing conclusive ..Ans D ....
Question 2 :
Use similarity of triangles for triangles ABC and ADE
So, AB/AD = BC/ DE
Hence, AB/AD = 2/3
i.e AD/AB = 3/2
and AD = AB+BD
So, sub and solve ,
We get AB = 24 ..
