hey
m new to the forum
me speculates the answer to be 20
my logic is that if you were to write
12^10 as 12*12*12*12........
and write the two in the same way to get a largest factor or 2 , which can divide a 12 without any remainder....i.e 4
so....for each 12 there can be one 4 i.e 2^2...so for 10 12s you will have 2*10=20 twos
