Common Guys ...Try attempting these questions ...may be you could attempt few at a time, if time does not permit to attempt all at one go ...
I'll post approach for 1 ...try others ...
First 5 positive integers are 2,4,6,8,10
Hence, we are interestedin LCM of 2,4,6,8,10
Hence, Answer is 120 ...Option A ...
Else, for such question we could also begin from the smallest answer option and check which of the answer options matches our criteria !!
