Doctorate of Management: Degree Overview

The Doctorate of Management Degree program is a challenging, highly rewarding experience for students, providing an interdisciplinary and globally oriented perspective for leaders.

A Doctor of Management Degree will still allow you to teach at institutions that require a doctorate from an accredited institution, but tenure-track positions usually require a more specialized degree, so if you have an intensely academic focus, you may be better off with the Ph.D. A Doctor of Management is the top available degree for professionals or researchers who are interested in becoming an effective manager, as well as learning the psychological, sociological, and business-oriented demands of management.
