1. Center Manager / Director (Ref: TPR0901) 

    Responsibilities:

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Qualification: 
            - Bachelors or Masters Degree (B.E / B.Tech. / MBA /M.Sc / M.Com)

    Skills:

    • Should have good management and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability in running profit center of education industry.
    • Ability to handle complex situations. 
    • Adaptive, hard worker, self-learner, keeping knowledge up to date

    Experience: 
          - 5
    + years experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in education industry. Further previous experience in a teaching or training role will be preferred.


2. Training Consultants / Counselors. (Ref: TPR 0902)

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Enrollments Targets and Promotion of the Test Prep courses in institutional areas i.e. schools/ Colleges/ Institutes
    • Tie up with various Schools & colleges for our education products.
    • Will have to generate the database of prospective students from these schools & colleges.
    • Counsel Students and parents about education options abroad.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Qualification: 
            - Any Graduate

      Skills: 
              - Should have excellent communication skills, good personality, burning desire to excel in his field, People who have the zeal to succeed in their line with a flair for sales. People from Corporate selling background, those who have experience in selling educational Products/ are from Education industry will be preferred. He/She must be career oriented, mature & must possess strong convincing skills

    Experience: 
             - Should have min 2/3 years of experience in sales and Marketing.


3. Test Prep Teachers/Instructors (Ref: TPR 0903)

    Responsibilities:

    • Training students in the area of Mathematics and English for SAT, GMAT, GRE ,TOEFL and IELTS Tests
    • Guiding students aspiring to study further
    • Responding to all academic related student queries in a satisfactory manner

    Desired Candidate Profile:

      Qualification:

           - B.E / B.Tech. / MBA /M.Sc. (Maths, Phy, Stats) / M.A (English)

           - 93 percentile Scores in CAT/GMAT/GRE/SAT tests

    Skills:

      - Excellent communications skills (written and spoken) along with being articulate.

      - He/she must be career oriented, mature & must possess strong convincing skills

      - Candidate must be presentable and must possess analytical & problem solving skills

      - Passion for teaching

    Experience:

4. Social Media Executive (Ref: TPR 0904)

Job Description

The Social Media Executive will be part of a ScorePlus team that will develop and execute social media marketing strategies together with all scoreplus offices in Middle East. The position is based in Dubai Scoreplus office. Scoreplus offers a young, entrepreneurial and exciting company culture in a very international, fast-paced working environment that gives you the possibility to make a difference.  

Responsibilities  

    • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
    • Identify and leverage social networks for SP
    • Create a blog strategy to engage customers and get credible inbound links
    • Analyze and understand micro-blog and online video opportunities for SP
    • Share best practice for social media within the SP group
    • Liaise with internal marketing departments and SP sales countries to create and implement projects
    • Continuously monitor the social media landscape
 

Qualification, Experience and Skills

         4 year college degree required with the following

      • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus
      • 2-3 years experience in on-line marketing, communications, PR, journalism or related field
      • Professional Experience with social media – blogs, forum moderation, press releases, online video, social networks, etc
      • Excellent written and communication skills
      • Creativity and passion for social media marketing
      • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

5. PR Coordinator (Ref: TPR 0905)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

On a day to day basis you will:

    • Scan the news agenda for opportunities to promote the company
    • Develop and update the Online Press Office
    • Find new and compelling ways to broadcast our vision and mission to our stakeholders
    • Draft press releases for distribution to worldwide media
    • Develop your own portfolio of contents and articles
    • Recommend networking opportunities where the company should be visible (conferences, exhibitions, events)
    • Agree PR schedules to ensure the timely delivery for each of our products and services.
    • Sub-edit and proof read contents produced by our in–house writers
    • Write/contribute the content of our sales and promotional material based on precise briefs
    • Manage the complete PR distribution process
    • Implement global PR campaigns
    • Liaise between sales managers, writers, marketing account managers and external journalists.
    • Maintain the internal PR Database and conduct specific, targeted, editorial research to expand our reach, especially for new products and markets.
    • Be responsible for cataloguing and maintaining QS press information output, published articles, press cuttings, illustrations, editorial and advertising archives within our central system.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

      Qualification:

           - Graduate qualification in PR, Journalism or Communication

    Skills:

      - Excellent writing skills – published work would be an advantage

      - Copywriting for the web/optimizing content for search engines’ experience required

      - Experience in the Higher Education sector would be a plus

      - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize – being able to meet deadlines is a must

      - Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

      - Fluent in English, written and oral

      - Flexibility - ability to multi-task and juggle several things at one time.
